iON TV disappears from Sky EPG

Bengali infotainment channel, iON TV has abruptly been removed from the Sky EPG.

The UK based channel, which went on-air last October, disappeared from the line-up this afternoon. It was available on EPG 773.

It is not yet known what has caused the channel to go off-air without prior notice.

A removal of a TV service is usually down to two reasons, either the broadcaster has failed to make payment to Sky or a technical fault resulting in the channel being bumped off.
