In Pictures: Team ‘Happy New Year’ at Marrakech Film Festival 2014

Red Chillies Entertainments Pvt Ltd�۪s film ‘Happy New Year’ got screened in front of thousands of people at the 14th Marrakech International Film Festival. Director Farah Khan and actors Abhishek Bachchan and Boman Irani walked the Red Carpet and officially presented the film at Jemaa El Fna Square on the second day of the festival i.e. on 6th December in Morocco. It was the only Bollywood film screened on the Square this year.

Shah Rukh Khan sent a video message for his fans that was played on the Square before the screening of the film. Farah, Abhishek and Boman also attended the official Royal Dinner hosted by the President of the Festival Foundation, His Royal Highness Prince Moulay Rachid. Grossing over 350 Crs worldwide with more than 200 Crs net in India itself, ‘Happy New Year’ is the biggest grosser of 2014 in India.

‘Happy New Year’ starring Deepika Padukone, Shah Rukh Khan, Abhishek Bachchan, Sonu Sood, Boman Irani and Vivaan Shah is the ultimate underdog story where a team of losers win the love of millions in their quest to pull off the biggest diamond heist ever! The film released in India on 24th October, 2014.
