Hollywood not a priority for John Abraham

A number of Bollywood actors have agents job-hunting for them in Hollywood, and recently Priyanka Chopra and Deepika Padukone have bagged much-spoken of projects. However, John Abraham is happy focusing on Bollywood and not looking to go anywhere as of yet.

Speaking to DNA India, Abraham said, “I am in no hurry to go to Hollywood… I��think my foremost priority at the moment as an actor as well as a producer is to make films in our own industry that can be fairly compared to the West and hold their own in that comparison…��And a lot of our films are doing that already.”

On Chopra and Padukone, who have recently been in the news for their work in the west, Abraham added, “As far as Deepika and Priyanka are concerned, as a colleague I am extremely proud of them. A big salute to them. As for me, I�۪m okay here.”

While Abraham enjoys being a part of “larger than life commercial films” as an actor, he ensures films he produces balance entertainment with credibility.

The actor was last seen in ‘Rocky Handsome’.
