Grand ‘Jab Tak Hai Jaan’ premiere to celebrate Yash Chopra

There is no doubt that ‘Jab Tak Hai Jaan’ will be all the more special following the passing of the film’s maker and director, Yash Chopra. It has emerged that the film will be getting a grand premiere to celebrate Chopra’s contribution to cinema, in accordance��with his wishes.

As confirmed by Yash Raj Films, Chopra’s wife Pam has asked her sons to organise the event. She said, “I want to give my husband an unforgettable farewell. Accordingly, we have decided to have a grand premiere for his ultimate film, Jab Tak Hai Jaan, exactly the way he wanted it. This is a fitting tribute to a man who would have had it no other way. I have asked my sons Aditya and Uday to go ahead with all the preparations. This premiere is our way of celebrating his illustrious life, rather than mourning it”.

YRF are planning the ‘Jab Tak Hai Jaan’ for 12th November, a day before the film’s official Diwali release.
