The release date for the much‑anticipated ‘Ginny Weds Sunny 2’, starring Avinash Tiwary and Medha Shankr, has now been officially confirmed for April 2026.
Associated with the creative legacy of films such as ‘Tanu Weds Manu’ and ‘Shaadi Mein Zaroor Aana’, the new instalment expands the ‘Ginny Weds Sunny’ universe as a spiritual sequel, introducing a fresh lead pair at its centre.
Presented by ZEE Studios and Soundrya Production, ‘Ginny Weds Sunny 2’ is scheduled to arrive in cinemas on 24 April 2026. The film is produced by Vinod Bachchan and Umesh Kumar Bansal, with Prasshant Jha taking on both writing and directing duties.
