The makers of Dharma Productions’ upcoming fantasy drama ‘Brahmastra’ are reportedly rushing to get the first look of the film ready for August, ahead of its release at cinemas in December.
The film, which stars Amitabh Bachchan, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt, has been delayed twice before and there was speculation that it could be postponed further due to the coronavirus pandemic. However, with the way things stand, ‘Brahmastra’ is still scheduled to release in December.
Mumbai Mirror reports that the makers are hoping to get the first look out in August and then the film released in December, so it can begin working on part two and three in the ‘Brahmastra’ trilogy. It is reported that helmer Ayan Mukerji does not want large gaps between the releases of the three films.
