Farhan Akhtar to make biopic on Arunima Sinha?

After acting in one of the most celebrated biopics in recent times, it seems Farhan Akhtar is now keen on bringing another athlete�۪s story to the big screen. News has it that he wants to make a film about Arunima Sinha who was a national level volleyball player who became the first female amputee to climb Mount Everest.

Talking to PTI, Sinha divulged, ���Farhan had come to meet me at my place here on May 18 and proposed to make a film on my life highlighting my struggle. I have accepted the offer�۝.

Sinha also confirmed that Akhtar would produce and direct the film himself, ���He has contacted me on twitter on April 20, but that time I was in Australia. Now we got the chance to discuss the project�۝.

Sinha will be releasing the Marathi version of her book on 25th May and she said this is when the outline of the film will be finalised.
