Fans question Amitabh Bachchan’s silence during ongoing issues

Bollywood legend, Amitabh Bachchan has been branded “Manmohan Singh of Bollywood” after fans raised questions about his silence during a number of ongoing issues.

It is worth noting that Bachchan has kept quiet on the regular news updates surrounding Sushant Singh Rajput’s death including the drugs probe, in which Rhea Chakraborty has been arrested for.

Users have taken to social media to question his stance. One said, “Instead of making #KaranJohar trend, one should focus on #AmitabhBachchan. Why is he silent every time one expects him to speak?”

Fans have also questioned why Bachchan has not spoke up for Kangana Ranaut and her feud with Sanjay Raut, which resulted in the latter to call her “haram khor”.

Previously, netizens had asked why Big B was quiet over the rising fuel prices too.

Bachchan is currently shooting for ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’, which starts on Sony TV this month.
