PTV Global will become the latest Pakistani news and current affairs channel to sign up to BARB to obtain official viewing data.

BizAsia can exclusively confirm that the Pakistani state broadcaster will begin testing on BARB this coming week, with official data to be released in mid-February.

PTV Global will become the latest news broadcaster to begin BARB reporting after the likes of ARY News, Geo News, SAMAA TV, Aaj Tak, NDTV 24×7, ABP News and News18 India.

PTV Global is available free-to-air on Sky Digital channel 810.

East West Entertainment who holds the rights for PTV Global UK has signed with Alliance Advertising for mainstream advertising sales.
