Emraan Hashmi: “I’m trained in classical singing”

The trailer to his forthcoming ‘Cheat India’ sees him singing his heart out, but not many know that at one time music and singing was an integral part of Emraan Hashmi’s life.

“I am trained in classical singing, and I love singing ghazals. I don’t think I am too good at it, so I let go of singing. I now feel I should have continued my training, and maybe I will. It’s never too late,” Asian Age reports the actor stating.

From the sounds of it, it doesn’t seem like we will be graced with a Hashmi music album any time soon. In the meantime the actor has the release of ‘Cheat India’ to look forward to, which is set to hit the big screens on 18th January.
