Emraan Hashmi approached for world tour

BizAsia has learnt that for the first time in his decade long career, the usually media shy and reclusive Emraan Hashmi has been approached to perform in a series of concerts across the globe.

Unlike most top stars, Hashmi has been pretty consistent at the box office if you consider his track record which is peppered with hits like ��Murder ��(2004), ��Gangster�۪ (2006), ��Jannat�۪ (2008), ��Raaz ��� The Mystery Continues�� (2009), ��Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai�۪ (2010), ��Murder 2�۪ (2011) and ��The Dirty Picture�۪. (2011).

���I am quite surprised and overwhelmed with requests for me to do tours and stage shows. For now, I haven�۪t committed to doing any of the shows. I am working on it and I will make an announcement once I zero in on a concrete plan,�۝ said��Hashmi in an interview to Mid-Day.

Hashmi has a busy year ahead with several of his anticipated films ��Jannat 2�۪, ��Shanghai�۪ and ��Raaz 3�۪ expected to hit the marquee.
