Ekta Kapoor & Abhishek Bachchan to work together

After the roaring success of ‘Bol Bachchan’ (2012), Ekta Kapoor is keen to sign up Abhishek Bachchan for a typical action-packed movie – synonymous to his father who was known as the ‘angry young man’.

A source told Mid-Day, ���Ekta wants Abhishek to be the angry young man. Amitabh Bachchan ruled the industry for decades as the angry young man and Ekta wants Abhishek to carry forward the legacy.”

Rajat Arora has already written a script. Kapoor will be announcing the director for the project soon. The film goes on the floors by year-end.

‘Bol Bachchan’, which released over the weekend has proved one of Bachchan’s biggest hits to date.
