‘Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga’ based on Love Jihad?

It’s the most anticipated film of 2019, despite not much being revealed about it. However, if reports are to believed the Anil Kapoor starrer ‘Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga’ is based on a certain religious conversion movement.

According to Pinkvilla, the film is based on campaigns known as  Love Jihad, where men from the Muslim community target non-muslim women to convert to Islam. The film is said to be progressive, with many twists to its plotline.

‘Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga’ stars Sonam Kapoor Ahuja, Rajkummar Rao and Juhi Chawla playing pivotal roles.
