Dunya News UK launch date confirmed

Pakistani news channel, Dunya News will be launching in April, BizAsia can confirm.

The much talked about channel, will make its launch on Sky Digital on Thursday 30th April.

Alliance Advertising & Marketing Ltd, the media agency who will handle sales and marketing for the channel in the UK confirmed the news to BizAsia.

Alliance will compete with the likes of ARY News, Geo News and Samaa TV that have been successfully running in the UK.

An EPG channel number will be confirmed a week prior to launch.
