‘Dostana 2’ shoot to commence in India next month?

BizAsiaLive.com revealed recently that the ‘Dostana 2’ shoot plan in the UK had to be re-considered due to the coronavirus cases spike in the country. As such, it was thought makers were looking at alternative locations. It’s now thought the film’s shoot is set to commence next month in India.

A source revealed to E Times, “The date is most likely April 10. The venue will be announced soon. With Corona still playing havoc in most parts, expect that decision to be taken only closer to the fourth week of March.”

Director Colin D’Cunha and producer Karan Johar were hoping the film would go on the floors in London at the start of the year. But, with the UK still in lockdown, this wasn’t possible for them.

The film stars Janhvi Kapoor and Kartik Aaryan.
