Den to sell its 50 per cent stake to Star India

Den Network Limited has confirmed that it will be selling its 50 per cent stake in its joint venture, Star Den Media Service Private Limited (Star Den), to Star India.

The stake is said to be agreed at Rs. 40.35 crore, after, which Star India will have full control over the distribution company.

It was formed in 2008 distributing the Star TV and NDTV channels via all fixed networks including cable, DTH, IPTV, HITS and MMDS.
