Deepika Padukone impressed by Kangana’s performance in ‘Panga’ trailer

The trailer for Kangana Ranaut’s forthcoming film ‘Panga’ released a few days ago and so far has received rave reviews, including one from Deepika Padukone who praised the ‘Queen’ (2013) actress for her performance.

Cited on Pinkvilla, Padukone took to Twitter to express her thoughts of the trailer, “I watch a lot of trailers for films with my cast and when I get time, I watch these films as an audience. Panga’s trailer impressed me a lot. Looking at this trailer, which is painted by Kangana Ranaut’s performance, it seems that this film will also be very good.”

In ‘Panga’ Ranaut will be seen playing the character of Jaya Nigam, a former national kabbadi player who has a strong desire to make a comeback to the sport. The film has been directed by Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari and is slated to release on 24th January 2020.
