Criminal complaint filed against Salman, KJo & Ekta Kapoor post Sushant Singh Rajput’s demise

A criminal complaint has been filed against Salman Khan, Karan Johar and Ekta Kapoor, days after Sushant Singh Rajput took his own life on Sunday.

Times of India reports that a lawyer moved a Bihar court against eight people. Advocate Sudhir Kumar Ojha has alleged that Rajput’s death is a conspiracy mounting to murder. The date of the hearing has been fixed for 3rd July 2020.

Other names that have been sent the legal notice are Aditya Chopra, Sajid Nadiadwala, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Bhushan Kumar and Dinesh. The complainant claims that these filmmakers were behind his films not being released under a conspiracy. He also added that Rajput was not invited to private parties due to them.

The complaint has been filed under Sections 306, 109, 504 and 506. Kangana Ranaut has been listed as a witness in the case.
