Confirmed: ‘Sasural Genda…’ & ‘Maryaada’ to end

Star Plus dramas ‘Sasural Genda Phool’ and ‘Maryaada’ will both be coming to an end in April, it�۪s been confirmed.

‘Sasural Genda Phool’ will be ending in the third week of April, to be replaced with ‘Sasuma’ – as already announced on��BizAsia.co.uk��earlier this week.

The first promos of ‘Sasuma’ will be hitting screens today (31st March) ahead of the show’s launch on Monday 23rd April. It will air Monday to Friday at 19:30.

Controversial drama ‘Maryaada’, which has been sitting in the 23:00 slot and recently was awarded an extension, will be going off air too. The adult drama based on a marital affair and a gay relationship will end on Friday 13th April.

It is not yet known what ‘Maryaada’ will be replaced with.
