Comedian Kanan Gill lands first Netflix original show

Popular comedian Kanan Gill has landed his first ever original show on Netflix, BizAsiaLive.com can reveal.

Reportedly, the show will begin streaming on 24th April, titled ‘Yours Sincerely, Kanan Gill’. He said in a statement, as reported by New Indian Express, “It’s about how I thought my life would be, how it turned out to be and how I feel about it. The process of writing is spending long periods of time with nothing but ideas. Each line has been agonized over and told to thousands of people around the world before being recorded”.

Gill follows in the footsteps of Vir Das, Aditi Mittal and Amit Tandon in getting a show of his own on the OTT platform.
