Colors HD set for Freeview launch today

In another game changer for UK Asian TV broadcasting, Viacom18 are set to launch the first Asian HD channel on the Freeview platform today.

As of around midday, Colors HD will be launched on Freeview EPG number 114. The news was first revealed on BizAsiaLive.com through our Media Industry Whisper. It will join sister channels – Rishtey and Rishtey Cineplex, which are also available on Freeview.

Colors HD only recently launched in the UK on the Sky platform, is now expected to extend its reach being on Freeview HD.
