Colors denies ‘Balika Vadhu’ going off-air

Colors has confirmed to BizAsiaLive.com that its longest running fiction ‘Balika Vadhu’ is not going off-air.

On Friday, reports emerged of the show being axed and being replaced with Sphere Origins next show. However, this is not true.

‘Balika Vadhu’ has been on-air since 2008 and has crossed over 2000 episodes. Even though ratings for the show have dipped recently, it still remains one of the channel’s most watched shows.
