Chelsea FC send “best wishes” letter to Abhishek Bachchan
Abhishek Bachchan – an ardent fan of Chelsea FC, has received a letter from the English football club, wishing him a speedy recovery on his ongoing fight with the coronavirus disease.
Sharing a letter from Chelsea FC, it said, “We heard you aren’t very well at the moment and just wanted to get in touch to wish you all the best.”
Upon sharing the letter, Abhishek couldn’t contain his excitement. He said, “This made my week. Thank you so much @chelseafc The only thing that would top this is winning the FA Cup this evening. Come on Chelsea!!! #ktbffh”
The letter was dated mid-July, just days after Abhishek and his father, Amitabh Bachchan were admitted to Nanavati Hospital for coronavirus. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Aaradhya Bachchan also were hospitalised but were discharged a few days ago.
