Channel 4 to air documentary on honeymoon murder

Channel 4 will tonight air a documentary on the murder of Anni Dewani whilst on honeymoon in South Africa.

The programme looks into how the life of the young woman, married only a few weeks earlier to Bristol businessman Shrien Dewani, came to such a brutal end in one of South Africa’s roughest townships.

As a court in London decides whether Anni’s husband, Shrien Dewani should be extradited to South Africa to stand trial for her murder.

The programme includes exclusive access to Anni’s family and to the prosecution case. It investigates the events surrounding her death.

Channel 4 airs ‘Murder on Honeymoon’ tonight at 20:00.
