The horror film ‘Raaz Reboot’ has taken a better start at the box office than its rival thriller, ‘Pink’.

According to Box Office India, first day morning collections saw ‘Raaz Reboot’ having a slight edge over ‘Pink’ but numbers for both remained on the lower side. ‘Raaz Reboot’ had an average opening some some centres outside the metros. The report adds that the film will have an uphill struggle for survival as the collections from mainly B and C centres and single screens of bigger centres apt for this genre of movie, are low. ‘Raaz Reboot’ has had a lower opening than ‘Azhar’.

Meanwhile, ‘Pink’ has opened up even lower than ‘Raaz Reboot’, however, multiplexes figures remain on par with the horror flick. The film has also opened up lower than Bachchan’s previous releases ‘Wazir’ and ‘TE3N’. The film’s opening stands around at 15%, compared to 20% for ‘Raaz Reboot’. Reviews are much more positive for ‘Pink’, unlike ‘Raaz Reboot’.
