Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s much talked about comeback with ‘Jazbaa’ has been rather slow on its opening day at the domestic box office.

According to Box Office India, ‘Jazbaa’ has collections around 20% and the film’s fate will now be determined by word of mouth. The film is expected to do better in the evening amongst the family audiences.

It remains to be seen if the film’s collections pick up in the evening as that will shape up the weekend’s business generally. The film has no opposing competition at the box office. Even last week’s release ‘Singh Is Bliing’ has crashed out of most circuits.

Bachchan’s last film at the box office was ‘Guzaarish’ in 2010.
