Box Office: ‘Dunki’ makes promising start in India

Rajkumar Hirani’s latest project ‘Dunki’ starring Shah Rukh Khan has got off to a decent start at the box office in India.
According to Box Office India, the film is likely to cross Rs. 30 crore mark, which is less than Khan’s previous blockbusters ‘Pathaan’ and ‘Jawan’ this year. However, the genre of ‘Dunki’ and the opposition from ‘Salaar’ could impact the film. On the other side, ‘Dunki’ has a 12-day festive holiday run, so family audiences will certainly flock to cinemas.
