Bihar court rejects petition against Salman, KJo & SLB in Sushant’s case

A Bihar court has rejected a petition against Salman Khan, Ekta Kapoor, Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Karan Johar for allegedly abetting actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s suicide, citing jurisdictional limitations.

Times of India reports that Chief Judicial Magistrate of Muzaffarpur Mukesh Kumar dismissed the petition filed by local advocate Sudhir Kumar Ojha.

However, Ojha is planning to challenge the decision. He told reporters, “I will challenge the CJMs decision before the district court. Bihar is in pain over the death of Sushant Singh Rajput. We must act to bring those, who drove a jovial young man like him to take such an extreme step, to justice.”
