After spending three months in the Bigg Boss house, Rahul Roy has come out a winner leaving behind favourites like Carol Gracious and Ravi Kishen.

The result came with surprise and applause at the big party outside the Bigg Boss house.

Earlier in the night, Ravi Kishen was voted out first and then as the night moved along, there were performances by the ex-housemates of Bigg Boss. Slowly, the moment inched closer when Bigg Boss called out Carol Gracious and Rahul Roy was the evident winner.

With huge cheers and celebration, Rahul Roy was handed over the Bigg Boss trophy with a cash prize of a whopping 50 Lakhs. “I had faith in my God. I was deviated for a little while in my stint in the house, then I focussed back on the game and took it seriously,” says Rahul Roy, the first winner of the Indian adaptation of ‘Big Brother’.

There were a lot of fingers raised at the get-together for the result night for the Bigg Boss finale. There were heated arguments between Anupama Verma, Aryan Vaid and Bobby Darling, Deepak Tijori. But at the end every one cheered in unison for the winner: Baba, aka Rahul Roy.
