Full time job vacancy: B4U TV Library Assistant

Role responsibilities:
You will be working as Library assistant. Your main role will be to ensure cataloguing Library tapes information into the computerised database.

You will be liaising with our overseas team and dealing with their requests for library material, often working to tight deadlines.

You will be working closely within Operations team.

You will also be assisting editor in downloading and uploading on air contents for Playout.
This job also includes other general administrative duties within Operations Department.

The Ideal Candidate:
You will have excellent cataloguing skills and either substantial previous experience of data entry. You should also be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel etc.

Excellent communication, team-working skills are required together with the ability to respond quickly to daily deadlines.

You will have good attention to detail. You will be able to work under pressure, be flexible and able to prioritise.
