Ayushmann-Bhumi’s ‘Manmarziyan’ on hold?

Aanand L Rai produced ‘Manmarziyan’, starring Ayushmann Khurrana and Bhumi Pednekar, has been through some changes after the film’s shoot commenced. Now it seems Rai has put the film on hold.

According to Spotboye, the heavy rains in the northern state have meant the film can’t be shot there at the moment and therefore it has caused the schedule to go haywire. As such, Rai has apparently thought to put it on the backburner and focus on his Shah Rukh Khan starrer instead. A source said, “Rai never compromises on his vision and on the quality of his films . A major portion of Manmarziyan had to be captured in the Winter in North India and hence it has been pushed to a later date. In the meantime, he has decided to entirely focus on his directorial with Shah Rukh Khan”.

Khurrana and Pednekar would have been joined by Vicky Kaushal in the film.
