Asian Star Radio ceases broadcasting in Glasgow

Asian Star Radio has ceased broadcasting on DAB in Glasgow.

The London based community radio station, had launched on Glasgow in February this year. However, it seems the six-month trial has not worked to the station’s expectations.

Asian Star Radio confirmed to BizAsiaLive.com that it had removed its service in Glasgow due to “poor reception”. It was exploring other UK areas to relay its service.

Asian Star Radio continues to operate as normal in London.
