Ashish Vidyarthi almost drowns in mishap

Actor Ashish Vidyarthi had a close call when he nearly drowned whilst shooting for the forthcoming film ‘Bollywood Diary’.

According to reports, the actor was shooting a scene in a river, when a strong current swept him away. On seeing this a policeman on set quickly jumped in to rescue him.

Also starring in the film is Manoj Bajpai who, reported by Hindustan Times said, “My friend Ashish Vidyarthi got saved from drowning in a river by a policeman. Salute to the policeman. Ashish is trying to come to terms with it.”
