Premium Pakistani channel, ARY Digital has confirmed that it will be going free-to-air later this month for the period of Ramadan.

The special Iftar and Seher transmission will be known as ‘Faizan Ramazan’. The specials on the channel will include ‘Good Morning Pakistan’, ‘Bulbulay’ and a Ramadan special drama called ‘Band Bajega’.

ARY Digital will be free-to-air between Wednesday 25th July to Friday 24th August 2012 on Sky Digital channel 791. Incidentally, rival channel, Geo UK announced its intention of going free for Ramadan between Friday 20th July up until Monday 13th August.
