Arjun Rampal all set to walk Cannes red carpet with wife

Bollywood’s most handsome villain is getting set for some big releases but he has something else very special to be looking forward to. Arjun Rampal and his wife, Mehr, have been announced – along with many A-list celebrities -��to have the honour of adorning the red carpet of the Cannes Film Festival which will take place between 16th and 27th May.

Speaking to India Today, the actor could hardly contain his excitement, “I feel really good. It’s a big honour. I had never thought before that this could happen. It’s a big honour”. Rampal, whose last notable role was in 2011’s ‘Ra.One’, will be accompanied by his wife at the closing ceremony of the festival.

Rampal will, of course, get the exciting chance to rub shoulders with the who’s who of the international film industry and one should not be surprised if Hollywood offers come his way. Wait and watch!
