Arjun Kapoor on his equation with Sonakshi Sinha

‘Tevar’ (2015) was the first time Arjun Kapoor shared the screen with Sonakshi Sinha. The duo were even romantically linked with each other but it’s been reported that their equation hasn’t been the same since. Kapoor has recently spoken about the relationship they now share.

Talking in an interview with Mumbai Mirror, Kapoor stated, “Some equations last. Others don’t go beyond the making of a film (Arjun and Sona worked together in his 2015 home production, Tevar) because after it is over, people go their separate ways. I am still really fond of her as an individual. Unfortunately, it is always made to seem like we do not acknowledge each other at parties, which is not the case. We always make it a point to greet each other. There is no pressure on either of us to maintain an equation beyond a certain amount of time.”

He added, “I saw the Noor trailer. I think she is going through an exciting phase in her career.”

Although Kapoor and Sinha haven’t really been open about their relationship, a mention of it in ‘Koffee with Karan’ somewhat confirmed that they were indeed dating at the time they shot for ‘Tevar’.

Kapoor will be seen next in ‘Half Girlfriend’, directed by Mohit Suri.
