Anushka Sharma to produce original film ‘Bubul’ for Netflix

Anushka Sharma is set to produce a supernatural thriller for digital platform, Netflix.

Her production company, Clean Slate Productions, will helm the project, directed by lyricist-screenwriter Anvita Dutt Guptan. The film is based in Kolkata and is said to be a costly period project, according to The Asian Age.

The report adds that ‘Bulbul’ will feature Avinash Tiwary and Tripti Dimri, who starred in Sajid Ali’s experimental ‘Laila Majnu’.
