After the success of ‘Manmarziyaan’ (2018), Anurag Kashyap is said to be planning his next film, which is expected to pay homage to Quentin Tarantino’s ‘Kill Bill’ series, with a high-octane female centric film.

A source told the Mirror, “Anurag has not taken on an independent writing project in a decade. He only scripted films he produced or directed. He is really kicked about this collaboration.”

The film produced by Nikhil Dwivedi will be going on the floors in the summer. Dwivedi was behind the success of last year’s ‘Veere Di Wedding’, which starred Kareena Kapoor Khan and Sonam Kapoor Ahuja. The source added, “They are happy to finally collaborate on a subject close to their hearts.”

The untitled film is set to be based in Bhutan, Sikkim, Japan and Mumbai.
