Anil Kapoor hopes people like Salman & Sonam in ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’

Salman Khan and Sonam Kapoor first shared screen space in the latter’s debut film, ‘Saawariya’ (2007). ��They will be seen together once again in Sooraj Barjatya’s ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’ and Kapoor’s father, Anil, hopes the audience accepts and enjoys the pairing of his good friend, Khan, and daughter, Sonam.

PTI quote Anil Kapoor as saying, “I think both (Salman and Sonam) are really good looking people… I think they look great together. ��I hope people like them.”

Speaking further about the film, the actor also added, “It’s a Sooraj Barjatya film so there is excitement. ��I am excited to see it. ��He is a great director, he has made some path-breaking films. ��He has changed the way films are made in India… People like Aditya Chopra and Karan Johar are completely inspired by his kind of filmmaking… He has contributed a lot to this country.”

‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’ stars Salman Khan and Sonam Kapoor alongside Anupam Kher, Neil Nitin Mukesh and Armaan Kohli. ��The film is slated for a Diwali release this year.
