The hype surrounding Ayushmann Khurrana’s upcoming ‘Dream Girl’ sequel has just reached to new heights after it was reported that Ananya Panday will be paired opposite the actor for the first time.
The previous 2019 film proved a huge hit, which had Khurrana star with Nushrratt Bharuccha. While rumours were aplenty about Tejasswi Prakash making her Bollywood debut in the sequel, the makers were looking for a “feisty, young star” according to PinkVilla.
A source told the publication, “The makers were in talks with Ananya Panday for Dream Girl 2. And as per our sources, makers of the film have zeroed down Ananya Panday opposite Ayushmann Khurrana.”
The makers of the film are yet to officially announce the news.
