Amy Jackson gets cold feet about ‘Freaky Ali’ promotions?

Amy Jackson is featuring in ‘Freaky Ali’ alongside Nawazuddin Siddiqui which is due for release on 9th September. While the team are on their promotional spree, it seems Jackson has bowed out of TV promotions.

Talking to Deccan Chronicle, a source divulged, “Amy had cold feet and backed out from the television promotions of the film at the 11th hour, as she feels that her Hindi accent is being made fun of. Because of this decision, the makers are upset with Amy. However, the actress is on city tours with the team and it looks like she was just hesitant to interact on television. Or it could be that public appearances make her conscious”.

Interestingly, the actress’s spokesperson didn’t confirm the story, “Amy wasn�۪t in town when the star cast went to promote the film on this television show”.

‘Freaky Ali’ is a Sohail Khan directorial and also stars Arbaaz Khan.
