Amrita Singh starrer ‘Chameli Ki Shaadi’ to be remade with Sara Ali Khan?

It’s definitely remake season all the time in Bollywood, with so many films expected to release in a contemporary version. As such, rumours of a ‘Chameli Ki Shaadi’ (1986) are now going around with news that Sara Ali Khan might be stepping into her mother Amrita Singh’s shoes.

Filmfare reports that Ali Khan has been approached for the film but she hasn’t yet signed on the dotted line as she seems to be undecided about whether she would be able to do justice to her mother’s performance.

Ali Khan has ‘Coolie No.1’, ‘Love Aaj Kal’ and ‘Atrangi Re’ coming up.
