Amitabh Bachchan shot ‘KBC 12’ promo on his own

With the lockdown preventing any form of shooting schedules for TV and filmmakers, it seems everyone is getting creative in how to make as much content as possible under the current situation. News has it that Amitabh Bachchan decided to shoot the initial promo of ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’ on his own.

According to Asian Age, with the help of director Nitesh Tiwari as a visual aid, Bachchan set up his camera at home and shot a promo for the next season. Talking about how it happened, Tiwari was cited saying, “Shooting the film was a challenge. I shot the scratch film with myself and shared it with Mr Bachchan, for him to get an idea about my vision, after which Mr Bachchan shot the entire film at home, all by himself.”

This year will make 20 years of the show which airs on Sony TV. The registration process for this year’s series commences on Saturday 9th May.
