Amitabh Bachchan lends his voice to India’s first mythological 3D film

Amitabh Bachchan has lent his voice for ‘Arasuri Maa Ambe’, which is described as India’s first mythological 3D film.

The film is directed by Shiv Sagar. He told Hindustan Times “When my dad (Prem Sagar) and I approached Bachchan saab, he immediately agreed. Our families go back on long way, Jayaji (Jaya Bachchan) and dad studied at FTII, Pune.”

The movie relates to the myths and history surrounding the Ambaji Temple in Gujarat. This is Sagar’s directorial debut.
