Amir Khan tells William & Kate to “resolve situation” with Harry & Meghan

Boxer Amir Khan waded into the Royal Family crisis during his meet on Wednesday with the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Prince William and Kate Middleton.

He was cited in various publications advising the future king and queen to “sit together and resolve the situation” with Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.

The Mirror reports the boxer saying, “Obviously I’m British, I’ve lived in England all my life, I’m always welcome in this country and always taken care of and I feel like Meghan will always be welcome because the people in Britain are very loving.”

He added, “If you start making rash decisions, you start making mistakes and I think they just have to sit together and resolve the situation.

“I just feel at the end of the day it is family and especially the royal family that everyone looks up to as well, they need to sort things out amicably and sit down and resolve the situation because it’s only going to get worse if you don’t.

“I don’t think England is a racist country, we’ve been living here and are well respected and welcome.”
