Amazon Prime Video eyeing launch on Sky Q?

With Netflix and Disney+ already popular additions on Sky Q, it is rumoured that their rival, Amazon Prime Video could also be launching on the platform soon.

Reports suggest that an app ID with ‘Prime Video’ has appeared in Sky’s technical software update, fuelling rumours of an imminent launch of the app for Sky viewers. If the service launches on Sky Q, it will follow in the footsteps of Netflix, Disney+ and Discovery+ on the Apps feature.

Amazon Prime Video is known for many original commissions and also offers live coverage of sporting events. It also boasts of a huge array of South Asian shows and films.
