Amaal Mallik slams Bollywood nepotism

Amaal Mallik is a name which has gained much popularity in the recent years with his music compositions. However, despite being from well-known family, he’s slammed nepotism in the industry.

Mallik made his views known on social network site Facebook, in a particularly lengthy post.

Mallik mentions that Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is nominated for Best Actress for ‘Sarbjit’ (2016) but Randeep Hooda is snubbed. Akshay Kumar didn’t even get a mention on the Filmfare Awards nominations which irked his fans.

Mallik made clear on Twitter that his post was not only to do with the Filmfares.

No doubt many will be in support of Mallik’s views on the matter.
