Alia Bhatt to star in ‘The Lunchbox’ director’s next?

After being confirmed for Gauri Shinde’s next film opposite Shah Rukh Khan, Alia Bhatt is said to be in talks with Karan Johar in a project to be helmed by ‘The Lunchbox’ director, Ritesh Batra.

If the film goes ahead, this will be Bhatt’s fifth outing with Dharma Productions after ‘Student Of The Year’, ‘Shandaar’, Kapoor and Sons’, ‘Shuddhi’ and the Gauri Shinde untitled film.

Batra is currently in London working on his film ‘The Sense Of An Ending’, which is said to be based on award-winning novel of the same name by Julian Barnes.
