Ali Zafar to work on Pakistani film after ‘Kill Dil’ release

Coming from the Pakistan Music Industry, Ali Zafar’s work within Hindi Cinema has always been appreciated. However, the musician-turned-actor has always expressed his dreams on also being a part of the film industry in Pakistan, and it seems this dream will soon be fulfilled.

“After ‘Kill Dil’, I will be going to Pakistan and will work on my dream project which will be a Pakistani film. It’s my dream to make a Pakistani film,” NDTV reported Zafar explaining.

Along with acting in the film, the actor has plans on pulling out all the stops for this project, as he went onto say, “Through this film, I want to show to the world what Pakistani films are all about. I will be writing, directing and acting in this film.”

As Zafar takes on this major project, he does hope that his role as an action hero in ‘Kill Dil’, will prompt film maker in casting him for different roles. ” ‘Kill Dil’��is an important film for me because I have been doing romantic films, but you will see me doing action in this film. I hope that this film open doors for me and will be a turning point in my career,” he went onto add.

Set to release on 14th November, ‘Kil Dill’ will also see Govinda in a negative role, as well a fresh pairing of Ranveer Singh and Parineeti Chopra. With all the creative marketing strategies used for the film, here’s hoping it’s all worth the wait.
