Akshay’s next inspired by 90s Hollywood film?

Akshay Kumar’s next film with Neeraj Pandey is rumoured to be loosely based on the 1993 Hollywood release ‘Falling Down’ starring Michael Douglas.

According to SpotBoye, the Bollywood film ‘Crack’ will see Kumar play the role of an angsty middle-class man, who decides to break the law in frustration – a plot similar to the Hollywood release.

Furthermore, the posters of both films seem to have some sort of resemblance with Kumar’s ‘Crack’ featuring smashed up glasses, similar to that to ‘Falling Down’.

The Kumar film will be releasing in 2018 – delayed from August this year, to avoid a clash with Shah Rukh Khan’s next with Imtiaz Ali.
